The challenge
Colliers has 15,000 professionals in 68 countries. It wanted to move its office, retail, industrial and logistics reports for Europe, the Middle East and Africa from printed brochures to an interactive format on iOS, Android and tablet.
“Working closely with Colliers' London team, we designed and built their UK property website and ground-breaking EMEA Rent Map App.”
What we did
We built an intuitive way to show average rents, yields and the construction pipeline alongside Colliers' expert forecasts.
A simple navigation and an interactive map let users filter and compare markets across EMEA. The app promoted Colliers at trade shows and to a global database of property investors. We also designed and host its UK property search website.
