The challenge
Knowsley Safari Park on Merseyside has 700+ animals and a five-mile safari drive. Its three objectives were to enhance the Safari Drive, to educate and entertain, and to create commercial opportunities, all on a large site with patchy connectivity.

What we did
We took an experience-design approach and combined location-based services, mapping and Xamarin with a customised CMS.
Safari Drive mode divides the park into 11 GPS zones, so the app self-navigates as visitors drive around the park.
