The challenge
The Living Lomonds Landscape Partnership wanted locals and new visitors alike to engage with the landscape. We worked on four strands: simpler wayfinding, a map-based planning website, a family app for the outdoors, and touch panels in the visitor centres.
What we did
Market and competitor analysis, stakeholder meetings and persona workshops produced the user profiles that shaped a new identity for the region, rolled out across every interpretive touchpoint.
The customer-experience architecture spans physical and digital, giving the region a voice of its own.
